Simply AMAZING! I had never heard of Mr. Antone before, and throughout his training, kept thinking I wish I had. I got more out of this free training than any other high paid seminar I had been too. I cannot remember when I was so excited about something like I was with this information. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. You sound like the rich dad in Rich Dad Poor Dad.

George, I echo all the positive comments above–thank you and I can’t wait to be in a position to be able to give back in massive quantities.

One point that is confusing to me on the issue of 50/50 equity partners for down payment vs debt partners is the idea of the total return on the complete capital stack. For example in the pizza franchise example at the end. If the 75% institutional main loan were at 7%…and you added 20% at 5% debt, your total return would be 4.4% of the 100% of the NOI (with greater risk). With an equity partner, your personal take is 4.3% of 50% of NOI. With over 4 pts spread I think I’d choose double the money for a relatively modest risk

    What am I missing?

George Antone! Representing the Bay Area!! Yeeeaaahhhh boyyyeeee! (In the style of that pigeon in the Aflac commercial)

Folks: I believe the workbooks go along with the content in the webinar videos. Y’know… a fill-in-the-blank-follow-along kinda thing.

    Mr Antone,

I just love what you have done for me and a lot of others that were tuned into your program. I bought the ‘Wealthy Code”, and I followed the program with it. I cannot thank you enough. I will be tested in real life as my son is considering refinancing is home. If I can assist him how cool would that be

    Question:
I cannot find the ‘Cost Of Money’ calculator. May I know where and how to get it?
