Hard to choose…Donna Bauer….
Her years and wealth of experience,
straight talk, open thinking.

Wow, there are so many talented people speaking it is very hard to choose which of these individuals would be a fit for sitting and gleening information from in a power lunch.
I do have to say that two (2) caught my eye though. Eddie Speed and Donna Bauer! These two individuals would make a profound difference in our business as we just start out in hard economic times (great note times though, lol), we need the guidance that these two individuals bring to the table.
It would be our honor and pleasure to attend and to meet these two wonderful individuals.
Thank you,
Charles A. Alexander

George Antone. I enjoyed listening to his tele-sessions (thank you), would be interested in hearing more details behind his unique investment strategies, his elegant framework for truly massive passive income, and how to crack the wealthy code! I look forward to my private lunch with George. Thank you.

I have always appreciated Donna Bauer and the way she gets her point accross in a very simplistic but easily understood manner. She drops the fluff and gets right down to the best way to not only help yourself to make money with note investing but to also help sellers in distress to be able to move on.

Hey Thanks for the shot!
I would like to pick the brains of Donna Bauer and Jeff Watson. I have been on webinars and conferance calls with both of them and they both work in the same arena as I do. I am a rehabber, Short Sale Specialist and wanting to get into note buying. I am looking forward to getting into the seller financing market for long term cash flow as well. Both Donna and Jeff have extensive experience in these Two markets.
What would I like to walk away with after the conference?
Of coarse networking and developing note buying contacts and friends. Also, I look forward to gaining knowledge in the Note Buyiong Business.
Thanks, for spreading the wealth!,

I would like to have lunch with Eddie Speed because he is one of the best instructors I have seen and heard on the Noteworthy link. His lectures are very clear, easy to follow and easily understood. You are very fortunate to have him as one of your speakers at the convention. I would like to pick his brains by asking him questions regarding further educational materials etc. This is one of the reason I would like to attend the Noteworthy convention but unfortunately I have limited funds… for the airfare, hotel and attendance fee….its just a great expense for me at this time.
Respectfully.

Need tickets to convince my rich uncle to take action. All these speakers would close the deal! We would like to sit down with Lee Phillips, attorney at law, to discuss setting up a foundation, so we can take advantage of the knowledge & opportunities that all the speakers will inevitably have to offer. My uncle and I, since I will probaly be “managing director” because of his 88 year old age, are interested in finding out if Lee Phillips is the person that can help us out, as there are “many choosen, but few are called.” We need the foundation set up the right way, just like real estate. There’s a right way to buy & a wrong way to buy, and apparently hold! (notes)
Thanks a million,
Kevin

Here’s To Noteworthy Lunches,
Given the caliber of speakers attending this years convention, I found choosing only one speaker a difficult task. However, my passion is being in the trenches and learning from the ground up. For these reasons I would like to meet and absorb as much as possible from Donna Bauer. This business is all about knowing the nitty gritty of note buying/selling and creative financing. The best way to do that is to learn from a recognized authority. It’s an incredible amount of knowledge and best to be on the cutting edge.
Thanks for the opportunity to learn,
Lori

Jack Sternberg. His background in real estate is so extensive, experienced, successful and impressive. I’d like to learn from his “rights of passage” that challenged him and how he broke thru each one to be become the expert he is now. I like how he keeps it simple, straight forward and honest in how he accomplishes his objectives.
His systems and goals are of interest to me as I’d like to learn how many I might apply to my real estate investing business.

I am new to the note business, so receiving free tickets to the convention and attending to hear ALL of the speakers would be ideal. To choose one to have lunch with and learn from their knowledge and experience would be unbelievable! I know Jeff Watson or Lee Phillips would be able to get me off on the right track legally, and probably any one of the speakers could send me in the right direction with note buying. My personal goal would be to gain as much exposure to the subject and bring it home to start using it immediately in my real estate investing. I would choose to break bread with Donna Bauer.
Sending successful wishes to all who want to receive,

John Behle. It would be an honor, no exaggeration here, to spend time, be it lunch or even a cup of coffee, with this man. He’s not as widely known these days because he’s not selling his materials or offering his services, but he’s a legend of the note business. And I’m sure other speakers will not be offended if he’s distinguished as such. That’s why to me the choice is really simple. And it’s not as much about getting useful information from him, but simply to pay respect.
Best regards,
Vlad D.

It is almost an unfair question however, I wouldn’t expect anything different from Mr. Sternberg. Always coming up with innovating “pick your brain” ways to create engagement.
Just like I have learned from all of the speakers on this forum, there is neither an exact way to analyze a note nor an only one way to create wealth in this business. Having said that, the same holds true with your question about picking one person out the amazing lineup of speakers you assembled. It is not necessarily that we may pick the best but the one that we feel most familiar with.
I felt identified most identified with the niches of Tony Martinez as well as Dave Van Horn. Two things got my attention from both of them; first, their transition into this field in the middle of the real estate debacle, and second their emphasis on the approach towards distressed homeowners. Dave and Tony seem to go through great lengths to assist borrowers first, and then the wealth will follow.
It would be great to pick their brain about their transition as well as finding out as much details about their niches as they might be willing to share with a newbie in need of “the push” to become an active member of the NoteWorthy Community.
I would like to thank all of the NoteWorthy speakers for their generosity sharing their amazing knowledge and for trying so hard to help us “get it”.
Looking Forward To the Convention,
Gerry Hernandez

Given the chance for a power lunch with one of the Noteworthy experts, I would be thrilled to meet with Michael Morrongiello. His bio struck a cord with me as I also need to start creating my own paper to deal with current real estate investments. My situation will take a lot of creativity since I would like to find a way to pull a family out of poverty while doing it.

George Antone is my man. This is the level at which my ‘Wealth Thermostat’ is set at. Also discuss with George how to set up my 10 prospective partners in the highly leveraged strategy for income-producing props.

Donna Bauer and George Antone. I’ve purchased courses from each of them…The Note Buyer from Donna, and recently, The Banker’s Code from George. I’m a retired investor who has moved from rehabbing to investing via paper and doing well; for me it’s an outstanding market. I’m very interested in multiple streams of income for all the normal reasons, especially diversification. I can learn a great deal from each of them. Donna and I have been talking and we will meet at the Convention. I’m very interested in George’s alternative investment stategies, especially lending. However, George is tough to get a hold of. I hope to match up with him at the Convention or at one of his 3 day seminars….George, if you read this please send me an email or call me. Your support folks have my contact information. First I would like to thank Jack Sternberg and Bob Leonetti for the webinars last week, the educational information was presented in a practical manner, that gave me actionable steps to get started in the note business. This business is knowing the nuts and bolts of note buying /selling and seller financing strategies, and given the opportunity to be in the presence of such an array of recognized and knowledge ‘underground investors’, I would be honored and grateful to be blessed with tickets to this years convention, and have lunch with Jack Sternberg or Bob Leonetti. I see the potential and the opportunity for additional knowledge that can be gained from attending the conference and having lunch with these speakers. I truly desire to be in Las Vegas, but have limited funds for the airfare and hotel, and the registration. Thanks you. Debra

Hello, my name is Brian Falkenberry. I’ve been wholesaling SFRs for the last 2 1/2 years. I’ve learned a bit about investing in paper over this time, but have yet to delve into the paper business (mainly due to lack of education). I’d really enjoy having lunch with Bob Leonetti. I’ve been listening to his course, “Paper Power”, this last week and I am absolutely looking forward the the follow-up, this coming week. I plan to jump in with both feet by the end of next week! I feel that a chance to personally thank Bob for his outstanding information and the opportunity to learn more would be a great asset to my future business (as will the education I’ll receive from the Convention, also). Thank you for taking the time to read my comment. Have a great day!

You always seem to have a surprise in your bag of tricks to help us succeed in the Notes Business. WOW!
Thanks Jack for a wonderful opportunity to meet one on one with one of your expert speakers. There are many I would love to meet…your panel is amazing.
However, George Antone is at the top of my list. Next would be Donna Bauer.
I would love to speak with George Antone especially after the great webinar a few weeks ago. He peaked my interest to come back into the Notes business after leaving in 2006 for health reasons.
We were very active in the early 2000s in residential notes and always wanted to get into commercial but not sure how. After my husband became disabled my focus was elsewhere… Now I have gotten the bug again and see that there is still a way to succeed in even in tough times.
Also George is also doing alternative energy financing which is also a passion of ours but cannot find the right joint venture to fund our wish for alternative energy in all schools in our area…What better way to teach our children?
I can go on and on but I think you get the picture.
Thanks again for the opportunity

Bob Leonetti, hands down choice,as he is an amazing speaker with his many years of experience, knowledge, and teaching abilities. he is also a leading athority on using notes to avoid short sales, along with other note buying strategies. This would be a dream career change, and moving off unemployment, thanks!

Bob Leonetti:
After earning NAR’s SFR (Shortsale & Foreclosure Resource) designation in 2010 I realized I wanted no part of the paper pushing, nursing and burping of careless loss mitigators. But the whole reason I got my license to begin with was to help others avoid foreclosure and wondered how I could replace the bank to speed up the ever evolving short sale process. This eventually led me to note investing.
After listening to Module #2 from Bob’s Paper Power Course series, I learned that the main idea in my business plan actually has a name, “Short Paper”! The process seems relatively simple but by no means easy. I would love an opportunity to explore that concept much further, address concerns and just have a great time with one of the industry’s leaders.
As far as an instructor, I see Bob as a guy I can sit and talk to and not need an Oxford dictionary to translate every fifth word he says. Most importantly, he seems to love what he does. Who knows, if I’m selected, a consultation with him could actually turn a vision of mine into someone else’s blessing!

A private consult with Donna Bauer would be great for my business because I found that she really has a desire to enhance her student’s ability to be self sufficient. She has the knowledge, skill and experience to point me in the right direction as I embark on my new venture of buying and selling notes. She has opened my eyes to a world of opportunity that I had been blinded to and with her mentorship and guidance, I can see myself being a premiere player in this business.

Everyone on the panel is more that qualified to speak at the up and coming event in November. However, I’d like to sit down with Jack, the master brains and host of this event, Bob Leonetti and Tony Martinez. The three of you would bring about a complete balance and wholistic way of getting it all done in world of real estate investing, in my humble opinion.
Thanks, Jack for making this all possible for so many people including the recipients of all of the services that would be rendered to people in need of a solution to their real estate problems.
I look forward to attending the convention in November with the help of complimentary tickets and become part of the solution.

From Roberta, I would love to listen to her tell me how she got into servicing, what the upsides/downsides were and what was her driving force to reach her goals.

I would like to have lunch with Leland Von Syring. I have been in the Real Estate business for over 25 years. I have been in sales, developing, building and investing. I have never seen the market in such a state as it is now. It is the toughest market I have ever seen to make a living and at the same time there are more opportunities than I have ever seen. In order to survive in this market you must become an expert at the things that other people don’t even understand. I have been creating notes most of my career. I have bought and sold a few. My goal is to become more knowledgeable on buying, selling and trading notes. Also Leland Von Syring is the only speaker who mentions structured settlements. This is an untapped area I would like to become an expert in.

Gentlemen,
Thanks for giving us the opportunity of meeting with an extraordinary cast of professionals.
After I listened to the interview with Tony Martinez, I emailed his office to inquire about the opportunities that his business offers. Although Tony was at a seminar, he called me to discuss the wide-open possibilities. Tony cares – about his clients, and helping fellow note professionals achieve success. There is something special about having “face-time” with a mentor. Ideas are conveyed in a more effective manner, there is instant feedback to concepts that may be a bit challenging to grasp by the student. These factors cannot but help a learner(student) to get up-and-running in the quickest possible time.
Tony mentioned that his program will be rolled-out in mid-October – not soon enough!!
My personal goals in attending the seminar are:
1) Meet the various speakers/lecturers, to determine my area of interest – like they say “If you love what you’re doing, then it’s NOT work!”
2) Bring my wife so that she can see the opportunities – from my perspective, there’s nothing better than a team approach to this business.
3) Leave with a new sense of “I can do this, there’s NOTHING stopping me from having success in this business.”
4) Report back to Mr. Martinez how many clients I’ve helped using his business plan! There’s nothing better for a mentor than to see his student take flight.
Thank you for this chance to contribute my thoughts.
Best Regards,
Fred S.

It is very difficult to chose with whom I would like to have lunch or buy a drink. I LOVE listening to George Antone, his content is tremendous and his voice melts me. Fortunately I will hear/meet him in Columbus at the OREIA convention. Jeff Watson is a wild man and I’ve had the opportunity to meet him and share a meal. Bob Leonetti has terrific content (thank you SO MUCH for the 6+ module webinar which I also bought) and a great voice, by the way. Bob Leonetti – he is absolute a great trainer with lots of knowledge, but appears to be a ‘down to earth’ kind of guy. I have a great interest in Com’l Note Paper, and possibly partnering with him/his company; Dave VanHorn Or
Tony Martinez who’ve done lot of work with distressed homeowners. Like to know more about their philosophy and investment strategy (I’ve helped a lot of them for free here;Donna Bauer, great trainer-anything i can glean will help me succeed; Divina Westerfield-how women fare in this business, as well as challenges and how she overcame; Roberta Stanton-pros and cons of servicing-develop relationship to partner;Eddie Speed, his vast amount of note experience;Jeff Watson-for future partnership-and how to ‘keep out of trouble’
Let’s make it a great day!
Thanks again.

Hank Harenberg is my choice. I took a class that he helped present several years ago and I enjoyed his presentation and manner of helping newbies. I am in a related industry and would like to return to attending these conventions. Thank You

Everyone is right, there are too many great speakers to make a choice.
But I’d love to buy a drink or meal for both Jack Sternberg and Roberta Standen as I primarily purchase for my own investment and would love to learn from them. I think Gerald Lemoine offers the opportunity to open the DCF market to other investors by partnering/ joint venturing and would be my choice.

I should get the tickets because I am dead broke and I need a big break, I am a disabled vet and I need a career. I am a newbie and I need someone who can teach at my level, that why I would choose Donna Bauer as the person I would like to buy drinks for at this time.

I have heard a few of these note pros speak.
Donna Bauer, Bill Tan, Mr Von Syring and Eddie Speed. All have great insight. I would say at this point that I’d like to meet with Bob Leonetti. I like his creative thinking and I see, through him, that there is a way to do all or maybe most of the things I’ve envisioned to accomplish with notes. I really liked how he emphasised the importance of yield over discounting in the modules I attended.
Thanks for putting this together Jack.

Wow 30 speakers to choose from, that’s like saying of all the candy in the candy shop pick one. (I like the chocolaty ones with nuts in the middle so that would be my choice) I am currently on the last days of listening to Bob Leonetti and Jack Sternberg talk about the Power of Paper and just purchased the 7 day webinar series. Jack and Bob have brought much clarification to my understanding of notes and how they can benefit me as an investor and as a provider of solutions to homeowners in dire need of rescue.
Considering that I am working in short sales currently, adding the ability to purchase bad paper will help my business model to speedup the short sale process and help more homeowners. I would like to have lunch with Bob and/or Jack because I believe that having lunch with them would solidify my plans for change to my business model and help to establish long term relationships that should be mutually beneficial to them as well as my company. In addition as I set my sites on commercial the Noteworthy Convention and all the speakers will add to my repertoire.

I want to learn how to buy notes at a discount. Notes are a great investor’s choice in this market. Owner financing is in and I want to work with these types of notes also. Many Thanks!!

I would like be able to sell properties with owner financing, but am concerned about adverse effect of Dodd-Frank bill. Also would like more involvement in buying and selling notes. Lunch with Eddie Speed- he is very knowledgeable, I met him last year at one of his classes.

I would like to meet with Jeff Armstrong (maybe let him get a couple bites of food in between questions) and have the opportunity to ask him how he has created such lasting success in his business. His newsletter keeps me going when the going gets rough, it is a great resource.
My whole goal for attending Noteworthy is to meet these industry leaders, get pumped up with motivation and inspired by the energy of the event, and network with other patrons to make some friends and maybe even some deals.

The choice has been made and the prospects had very good reasons and passion for their choices. Congratulations Herlinda.
I will be at the convention and would like to reach out to any qualified speakers specifically, Donna Bauer, Leland Von Syring, Eddie Speed, Jayne Kahla, Lee Phillips, Gary Boomershine, Roberta Standen, or Carl White, and talk about the possibility of forming a nationwide Mortgage Loan Originator Program, (50 states). Compliance creating these notes as a Mortgage Loan Originator is going to be of paramount concern. I feel that the laws Dodd Frank, the SAFE Act. and all the individual state laws are going to affect the value of notes on the secondary market if not underwritten properly under the guidelines of these laws. I feel this convention is the perfect opportunity to have the best minds meet and create compliance guidelines that set the industry standard.

I would have to say, I would like to pick the brains of Donna Bauer and Eddie Speed. They both have so many years of experience in the note buisiness. I am relatively new in the note business, and would love the opportunity to meet with both of these note buyers and and to be able to learn from them first hand. Thanks for the opportunity.

I would like to have lunch with Jeff Watson and Donna Bauer. I have listened to their home study courses; and they are both terrific teachers.
I would like to get their advice on how a newbie should go about building his ROTH IRA by investing in defaulted notes, and buying discounted second mortgages to bid at auctions on defaulted first mortgages.
