NoteWorthy is a 22-year-old corporation that began life as a real estate company buying and managing apartments in Oakland, CA, San Francisco, CA and in Dallas, TX. As the real estate market grew less lucrative, NoteWorthy moved into the discounted mortgage business and has been there ever since.
In 1990 we began publishing the NoteWorthy newsletter. We are the largest-paid subscription newsletter in the industry.

Our staff includes:

Linda Marchi manages our note portfolio, product sales, classes, the newsletter advertising and co-ordinates our  complex conventions. She is the backbone of NoteWorthy and has been a part of our organization for over 20 years.
Hank Harenberg is the inspiration behind most of our conventions. He is one of the most successful note brokers in the country and one of the best teachers as well. Hank and Linda coordinate all the convention activities and organize the education program. Hank's office is in New Mexico at (505) 298 3900.
Istvan Siposs, our computer programmer, designed most of the software now used in the cash flow industry. His best selling programs include: Note Quoter, Note Recaster, Working With Realtors and Direct Connect.

The founder of Noteworthy was Jon Richards. He was a college instructor in real estate, an expert in the mathematical calculations of cash flows and the author of some of the best selling books in the industry: Calculator Power and More Calculator Power.  Mr. Richards was the publisher of the NoteWorthy newsletter until his death in 2003.

George Rosenberg was the editor of the Noteworthy Newsletter from 2003 until his passing March 2006. He was Co-author of "Owner will Carry" and the "Note Appraisal Wizard". Until he retired  in 1996, George made his living as a real estate broker. George bought and brokered every type of mobile home transaction from parks to single wides; from mobiles with land and without land. He was an expert on every aspect of mobiles and mobile home notes.He received many awards including the prestigious NoteWorthy Pathfinder award in 2000.

Jeff Armstrong was the Editor of the NoteWorthy Newsletter from 2006 though April 2008.  Armstrong Capital was established in May, 1991. Jeff has been working in the note business full time since October, 1993.

In February 1999 Jeff wrote and published a book entitled, Scripts and Tips: A Handbook for the Serious Note Broker to assist new brokers in obtaining the success they are looking for in the cash flow industry.  Jeff also co-wrote Every Single Profitable Note-Finding Idea with NoteWorthy founder Jon Richards, as well as Jeff's narrative-manual on how to run a one-man note business, Personal Cash-Flow Prosperity.
