Melissa came from a top-10 lending company to spend two years in Information Technology, designing, testing and supporting note acquisition software and servicing platforms. From 1997 to 2004, Ms. Bolling was the Servicing Manager for a mixed portfolio of real estate and alternative cashflows, which included several different asset classes. (residential, both conforming and non-conforming, land, both improved and raw, commercial (mixed-use, construction and income-producing), business notes, lottery payments, annuity payments, structured settlements, royalties, unsecured notes, titled mobile homes, timeshares and participations.



In the course of her duties, she coordinated with regulators, auditors (internal and external), accountants, tax reporting staff, and loan origination/acquisition departments. Ms. Bolling is well-versed in the federal and local regulations governing servicing.
